Seven years ago, I was experiencing awful periods + ovarian cysts.

And, only a few years ago, I was in a bad way where my cycle was concerned. In fact, several doctors warned I may never be able to get pregnant because of the gamut of issues I was experiencing in my body. 

It wasn't until I took a deep dive into the design behind my menstrual cycle that I learned there was so much I could do to support my body that didn't involve birth control. Since then, I've been able to share the amazing + oh so simple things I've learned with dozens of women.

I believe it's time for women to experience the powerful force that is our hormone cycle not as part of life to endure, but one to harness and even enjoy!
